"We want the three arrested and jailed immediately," Moses Kuria pledged.
The three he identified as the returning officers: Mwanajuma Ali (Nyali), Luciana Swanzua (Likoni) and Aboud Mohammed(Kisauni).
Jubilee is targeting the prosecution of specific three returning officers it believed impacted heavily on the nullification of President Uhuru Kenyatta's August poll win.
Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria said the party is waiting for the passage of the controversial Election Laws (Amendments) Bill 2017 before they hunt down the officials.
The three he identified as Mwanajuma Ali(Nyali), Luciana Swanzua (Likoni) andAboud Mohammed (Kisauni).
Kuria claimed the three mischievously conspired not to sign forms 34B that the Supreme Court partly based its September 1 judgement on.
The court, in a majority decision, said the election was marred with illegalities and irregularities hence declared the election invalid, null and void.
The three constituencies were extensively cited during the proceedings at the apex court.
"We want the three arrested and jailed immediately," Kuria said when he launched a campaign caravan for President Uhuru Kenyatta in Mombasa on Sunday.
He spoke even as NASA has called for street protests on Monday to block the passage of the Bill, and to force IEBC to meet the coalition's irreducible minimums for October 26 vote.
Former Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba said the three must face imprisonment.
"Those presiding officers and returning officers who willingly tampered with the voting process will be jailed for five years."
"They will be punished ruthlessly for failing to stamp the ballot papers and for not signing forms 34Bs," he said.
The Bill is sponsored by Baringo North MP William Cheptumo.
It states that where there is a discrepancy between the electronically transmitted and manually transmitted results, the manually transmitted result shall prevail.
NASA says its "irreducible minimums" are for purposes of a credible fresh presidential election.
The conditions cover procurement of election materials, transparent use of and access to ICT and replacement of irredeemable personnel who abetted electoral fraud.
